A: It happens when the phone RAM is too full, you should turn off and on again your phone and you will get rid of those messages.

 

3-) Q: Is there any way to use V8 as webcam?

A: No.

 

4-) Q: How to add edges in the pictures?

A: Open the pictures you want to add the borders, click Options > Edit > Add Items > Edge (or Border, will depend on where your from lol).

 

5-) Q: Some Java games run too slow. What should I do?

A: The graphic processor (video card) of the V8 is not that powerfull so some games may run really slow. The best you can do is install it in the extended memory so it may run faster.

1-) Question: What are Java Applications?

Answer: Unlike the Java games, Java applications usually aren’t made directly to entertainment but productivity, so it add a new function to your mobile. Examples: scientifics calculators, cronometers, etc.

 

2-) Question: Are symbians apps and games compatible with V8?

Answer: No. The Operational System of RAZR2V8 is MotoMagx not Symbian.

 

3-) Question: Is it possible to watch full-screen vídeos on V8?

Answer: Yes, just press the central button while playing it.

 

4-) Question: Do Razr2 v8 has FM / AM radio support?

Answer: No.

 

5-)Question:  Is it possible to watch movies in the outer screen of V8?

Answer: No. This functionality is only present on V9.

 

6-) Question: Some Java applications or games don’t work with V8, showing an error message or just not opening at all. Why does this happen?

Answer: Some Java App/Games are only compatible with certain operating system or mobile phone, so they may not run on your mobile.

1 -) Question - When I put a wallpaper in the V8, it also appears on the outer screen. Is this normal
Answer - Yes, this is normal.

2 -) Question - The mobile phone is no longer being recognized by the computer, what happened?
Answer - It is common in some older firmware of V8. To fix this is quite simple, simply restart your phone and it should work again.

3 -) Question - Is there a way to unlock the V8 in my home?
Answer - By now, theres no way to do that. But remember that in some countries if you have not any contract with your carrier they can unlock for free.

4 -) Question - Why my Motorola Phone Tools is not working well or is not detecting properly my phone (Motorola Razr² V8 or any newer mobile)?
Answer - You probably trying to use an older version of Motorola Phone Tools. Update it with the Live Update to the latest version then it will work properly. Remember that it will not always upgrade to the latest version in the first update check, so soon after the first update, open the Live Update again and see if it has any new version available. Do that till no new version is available.

5 -) Question - Why Motorola Razr² V8 is not recognized by P2K Tools?
Answer - The P2K Tools is not compatible with phones that use Linux as the operating system. Theres a new version available 5.x that should work but has limited features.

6 -) Question - The message "Some of the conditional call forwardings are active" is appearing when I make a call, what is that?
Answer - This message appears when referrals are active in the menu "Call Settings" of your mobile.

7 -) Question - Is there any driver needed to my V8 be recognized by my computer?
Answer - No, its not needed. If the mobile is in the connection mode "Extended Memory", he will be recognized as an external disk / pen drive, and your drives will appear in My Computer. If you have a 2 GB version will appear in two drives, one of 50 MB and 2 GB of another, if you have 512 MB will appear only one drive of 512 MB.
